Serge Antonin is African American. Clarke Ahlers is Caucasian. Frederick County Sheriff "Chuck" Jenkins is under federal indictment accused of lying about machine gun purchases, Jenkins was required to turn over all of his guns to federal law enforcement. He is ordered by a federal judge not to carry a gun as a condition of his pre-trial release. So, what is he doing for a living? Why he reinstated himself as Sheriff of Frederick County, Maryland.
